Guess who's back? Back again? Oatland's Back!!! Tell your friends!!!!
Yep. You read that right. After months of being closed due to an unexpected tornado at the end of July, Oatland Island Wildlife Center will reopen for normal operating hours for a soft reopening on December 17th.
Although some enclosures are still being worked on and some animals will still be off exhibit, the public is welcomed to finally hit the trails again! The footpaths have been cleared of debris, but are still a little bumpy, so grab a good pair of sneakers and take a walk on the wild side with us! In lieu of admission pricing, they are asking for donations instead.
Oatland will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New years day, but otherwise the gates will be open!

Shanti, Soldier Joe, Suwanee and the gang will be so excited to see y'all, they've missed their humans as much as we've missed them. We hope you're as excited for Oatland's return as much as we are!
