Vendor Interest Form

Join the Friends of Oatland Island for an unforgettable celebration of the Days of Christmas Past.

This revised festival will include up to 15 vendors, food trucks, photos with Father Christmas, crafts and, of course, a walk on the trails to visit the animals! Vendors are asked to donate $50 for their space. Weather permitting, vendors will set up on the lawn near the main facility and will have 10 x 10 spaces. If raining or very cold, we’ll move inside the main building and will only have space for about an 8 ft table. Please bring your own tables and chairs for the event.

This form will remain open until November 1, 2023 at which point we'll finalize our vendor list to ensure we have a variety of offerings. Thank you for your interest in joining us!
